Don’t tell God about your storms and troubles. Tell your storms and troubles about your God! In the second part of this two part message, we learn that it’s up to us, now more than ever, to go to work for Christ.
Holiness doesn’t depend on how “good” we are. It depends on our relationship with Jesus Christ and how we live.
When you’re told “don’t use the Lord’s name in vain,” we think it means don’t use swear words along with God’s name. But, did you know there’s more to it? What kind of a representative of Christ are you? Do the works that you do best represent Christ? As Christians, we are ambassadors of Christ, meaning we represent Him in everything that we do. Many Christians walk around exclaiming that “their God is awesome” and that “they believe God can do anything.” But, how many of us really believe that God can do ANYTHING?
