God is a God of order.
There is a hierarchy to how He works, even in the church. In this sermon, we learn that – first and foremost – God is the head. Then, we learn where other church leaders are in the chain of command.
We also learn that it’s important that we recognize God’s order in our personal lives. It’s important for us to line up with the leadership of God. We need to make sure that He is the head of our lives.
It’s also important that we understand that in order for us to be leaders of anything, it’s essential for us learn how to be good followers.
Put simply – we can’t be a good leader unless we humble ourselves and be willing to be led.
