We remember Cecelia “Ce-Ce” Stegall, a longtime Mother Board member and mother to Senior Pastor Rev. Cortez Stegall, passed away on October 9. She was 97 and lived a blessed and full life. Her Homegoing Ceremony is on Saturday, October 16 at 11 A.M. at New St. James.
